Governance / accountability

Trust is built
through openness.

We want communities and partners to understand how decisions are made, what progress is being reported and what still needs verification.

Our accountability direction

Reporting that people can actually use.

A professional nonprofit website should not ask visitors to accept broad impact claims without evidence.

We are developing a clear reporting structure around project outputs, results, safeguarding, governance and community feedback. The items below are a publication roadmap, not a claim that all policies and reports are already approved or publicly available.

Publication roadmap

What should be available to the public.

To be supplied

Registration & governance

Current registration evidence, authorized board or oversight information, and a governance summary.

To be supplied

Annual activity and financial reporting

Dated annual summaries, appropriately approved financial information and material funding disclosures.

To be developed

Safeguarding & privacy

Approved child protection, safeguarding, participant consent, data protection and complaints procedures.

To be developed

Program results & feedback

Baseline information, outcome tracking, community feedback channels and lessons learned.

Important accuracy note

Why some old numbers are absent.

The original website includes inconsistent figures for trees planted, schools electrified, people reached and farmers trained. This version excludes those conflicting totals until internally reconciled. Our aim is to publish activity records with the dates, locations, definitions and supporting evidence needed to assess them responsibly.

Questions are welcome

Accountability starts with a conversation.

We welcome constructive questions from community members, supporters and partners about our programs and information.
